CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the full service price, regardless of discounts, promotions, or third-party vouchers. EXAMPLE: New-client Brazilians are considered a 5+ week Brazilian and are subject to the regular $75 service price when calculating cancellation and no-show fees, regardless of any promotional rate. What qualifies as a cancellation: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment Removing services from your appointment within 24 hours (a 50% fee will apply to the service(s) removed) Arriving more than 15 minutes late when your service cannot be performed LATE ARRIVALS There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving 16+ minutes late does not guarantee that your service can still be performed. If your service can still be completed, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. If your service cannot be completed due to your late arrival, it will be treated as a cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO-SHOWS If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not communicate with me, a 75% no-show fee based on the full service price will apply. This fee is non-negotiable. FEES All applicable fees are automatic. Please communicate with me in a timely manner. EMERGENCIES True emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
