CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on full service price, (regardless of any discounted rate, promotion or vouchers purchased through third-party sites). What qualifies as a cancellation: -Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours -No-shows -Same-day changes to your services -Running more than 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment. Please note: Reducing your appointment time by removing services is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the 50% fee for the service(s) removed. GRACE PERIOD: 15 Minutes. Anything later than 15 minutes will not guarantee your service can be performed. If the service cannot be performed, this is considered a same day cancellation. Please prepare to arrive on time to your appointment. LATE FEE: If you arrive 16 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and the service can still be performed, a $15 late fee will be attached to your service. *All cancellation fees are strictly enforced to ensure fairness for all clients. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be considered on a case by case basis. This policy helps protect my time as a solo business owner and allows me to fill your spot if needed. I appreciate your understanding and continued support!
